Once selected in the monthly draw or upon completing your committee target, our dedicated pilgrimage coordinators guide you through each milestone of the journey:
1. Document Submission
Submission of original passport (with at least 6 months validity), passport-sized photographs with blue background, vaccination certificates, and bio-metric verification.
2. Umrah Visa Issuance
Electronic Umrah visa issuance via the official Ministry of Hajj & Umrah authorized portals.
3. Flight & Accommodation Logistics
Direct or convenient connecting flights with reputable airlines, along with comfortable accommodations within reasonable walking distance to Masjid al-Haram and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
4. Ground Transport & Ziyarat
Comfortable air-conditioned transport from Jeddah/Madinah airport to hotels, Haram transfers, and guided historical Ziyarat tours in both holy cities.
