1. Shariah Principles (Riba-Free Committee): All contributions into the Waseela-e-Harmain Umrah Committee operate on non-interest mutual welfare principles (Qard-e-Hasana and collective solidarity). No interest, usury, or unauthorized fees are charged or distributed.

2. Mutual Financial Responsibility: Every registered member covenants to remit scheduled committee installments punctually in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) without evasion.

3. Transparent Balloting & Allocation: Committee turns and Umrah disbursements are decided strictly according to transparent, pre-scheduled allocations and auditable balloting.

4. Nominee (Waris) Mandate: In the event of unforeseen demise or legal incapacity of the member, the registered nominee shall assume legal custody of rights and responsibilities.

5. Auditable Digital Record: Your acceptance timestamp, IP address, and browser identity will be permanently recorded in the system audit logs.
