Terms of Participation
- Installment Discipline: Every member agrees to pay the fixed monthly installment on or before the due date each month. Late submissions jeopardize eligibility for that month's balloting.
- Equal Balloting Eligibility: Only active members who have zero overdue balances participate in the monthly Qura-Andazi.
- Post-Draw Commitments: A member whose name is drawn for Umrah remains strictly obligated to complete all remaining monthly installments until the entire committee cycle concludes.
- Refund & Withdrawal Rules: In the event of voluntary withdrawal, paid funds are subject to non-profit reconciliation according to the approved committee bylaws to avoid disrupting other active participants.
