Mandatory Documentation Checklist
To safeguard all participants and ensure uninterrupted visa clearance, members must provide valid, legible documentation:
Initial Registration & KYC:
- Original Pakistani CNIC or Smart Card (scanned front and back).
- Two recent passport-sized color photographs.
- Nominee (Next of Kin) CNIC copy and relationship proof.
- Active Pakistani mobile phone number and verified email address.
Pre-Travel & Visa Documentation:
- Original Machine-Readable Passport or E-Passport with minimum 6 months validity.
- Polio & Meningitis vaccination proof (where required by health authorities).
- Bio-metric verification via official Saudi Visa Bio application.
